Ophelia is an AI assistant service provided by VYVWORKS (“Ophelia,” “VYVWORKS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit ophelia.help, use Ophelia, sign up for the service, connect another service, or communicate with the Ophelia SMS program at +1 (806) 666-6383.

Information we collect

• Contact and messaging information: your mobile phone number, messages you send and receive, timestamps, delivery information, and records of SMS enrollment, consent, and opt-out requests.
• Assistant content: requests, instructions, reminders, tasks, calendar details, preferences, files, and other information you choose to provide.
• Service information: signup and account details, service settings, and interactions with Ophelia.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and security and diagnostic logs generated when you use our website or service.
• Connected-service information: information permitted by a service you choose to connect, used to provide the features you request.

How we use information

We use information to provide conversational replies and requested assistant functions; deliver reminders, task notices, service messages, and alerts you enable; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Ophelia; manage messaging consent and honor opt-in and opt-out requests; comply with legal obligations; and protect users, VYVWORKS, and the service.

Google Calendar data

If you connect Google Calendar, the calendar.readonly permission allows Ophelia to see and download calendars accessible to your Google account. Ophelia currently uses it to verify the connected account and timezone and to read configured calendar names and identifiers plus event titles, times, locations, descriptions, links, and status for agendas and requested assistant features. The calendar.app.created permission allows the app to create secondary calendars and see, create, change, and delete events on those calendars. Ophelia currently uses it to create or adopt a dedicated Ophelia calendar and add requested events there; the implementation refuses writes to your primary calendar.

To keep the connection working, Ophelia stores an OAuth credential—including a refresh token—plus the connected Google account identifier, granted scopes, and grant and refresh timestamps on her server. She stores the dedicated calendar identifier and a reminder-sweep watermark in her database. Calendar details shown in Ophelia replies or used for reminders may be retained as assistant content under the retention terms below. Recent conversation context that contains those details may be sent to the configured AI-processing provider solely to answer you. Hosting, messaging, and AI-processing providers may process the minimum data necessary to deliver and secure these features, subject to the restrictions in this policy.

We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve these user-facing features. We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising or credit or lending decisions, or use or transfer it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Ophelia’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Ophelia’s Google access at Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future Google API access but does not automatically delete calendar-derived conversation, alert, or other content already retained by Ophelia. Deleting the dedicated Ophelia calendar removes its events from Google; it does not delete calendar details retained by Ophelia. Mobile messaging privacy

How we disclose information

We may allow service providers to process information on our behalf when necessary to provide messaging, hosting, AI processing, connected-service features, security, diagnostics, or support. They may use that information only to perform services for us and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm. The mobile-number, messaging opt-in, and consent restrictions above apply to every disclosure described in this policy.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Ophelia, maintain consent and service records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet, AI, or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose what information you give Ophelia and disconnect services you previously connected. Reply STOP to +1 (806) 666-6383 to unsubscribe from recurring SMS messages. Reply HELP for messaging help. To request SMS enrollment again, use the optional consent box on the public signup form.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting VYVWORKS at +1 (806) 666-6383. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Ophelia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Ophelia changes. We will post the revised policy at this address and update the effective date.
