Who she is
Not a character pasted onto a chatbot.
VYVWORKS is building Ophelia as a continuous working identity. Her conversation, reminders, task board, memory, monitoring, and voice belong to the same assistant instead of becoming disconnected products with different context. That continuity is the product.
The current owner deployment is the proving ground: real procedures, real infrastructure, explicit permissions, and a record of what happened. Public access is early and intentionally narrower.

Operating principles
Personality is welcome. Guesswork is not.
Proactive, within bounds
Ophelia watches authorized systems and raises useful ideas, but consequential actions still follow permissions, limits, and human decision points.
Private by design
Sensitive facts have a separate path. Ordinary memory should preserve the rule without casually preserving or repeating the credential behind it.
Spend where it matters
Fast, inexpensive models handle routine conversation. More capable tools are reserved for analysis and execution that genuinely benefit from them.
Availability
A public roadmap with the adjectives removed.
These labels describe the current deployment, not a generic promise about every future account. Connected tools also depend on user authorization and provider availability.
The operator core
Conversation, durable memory, reminders, task tracking, daily briefs, photo and voice-note input, redaction, and infrastructure alerts are working in the owner deployment.
Connected channels
Google Calendar integration and carrier phone and messaging flows are in staged rollout, with account consent and program enrollment required.
Deeper business workflows
Recurring renewal tracking, bookkeeping support, and larger multi-step project execution are being designed and tested. They are not offered here as live services.
